Who We Are
A team of volunteers who came together to share what God has abundantly given us. With years of experience as professionally qualified coaches and trainers and deep roots in Christian ministry and leadership, we want to give back by sharing what we have learned with those looking to serve with purpose and passion.

We train others to walk alongside people — nurturing them to flourish in their relationships with God, with others, and with themselves.
This is for those who are not always recognised or noticed in the church, those working in the background, as well as those in positions of leadership. The invitation is to all who serve in Christ-centred communities.
We are a community of practice built on humble inquiry, offering training, coaching and fellowship to help others live nourished and fulfilled lives.
We don't come to give you a formula... but to listen, to journey alongside, to share what we know and, together, depend on God's life-giving spirit.
We don't come with all the answers. We come with good questions, open hearts, and a deep trust that the Holy Spirit is already at work in every person we get alongside.
Our role is simply to help the living water that Jesus spoke of, to flow.
Partnering with Living Well
The local church is uniquely placed to bring hope, healing and lasting change to the communities it serves. By partnering with volunteers, leaders and staff teams, we aim to strengthen those who serve on the frontline of ministry, equipping them to lead well, care deeply and release the potential of others.
Volunteers are at the heart of church life. They give their time, gifts and experience to serve others, strengthen the life of the church and bring its mission into the wider community. Yet those who give so much also need support, encouragement and the right skills to serve well.
At Living Well, we partner with churches to equip their volunteers, leaders and staff with high-quality training and coaching—helping people grow in confidence, capability and wellbeing so that they can serve others effectively and contribute to the vibrancy of church life.
Together, and with God's guidance, we help churches flourish so they can make an even greater difference in the communities they love and serve.

A Christian Coaching Qualification — Accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC) and aligned to the Coaching Competency Frameworks of both the AC and the Christian Coaches Network International (CCNI) - for those called to develop deeper coaching skills and walk alongside others in ministry.

The Pathway Course
"I'm so pleased we got to, and get to, run the Living Well course at Davidson's Main's Parish Church. It's a discipleship course that honours Jesus as the way and life as well as the truth.
The course is rooted in Scripture, explores some neuroscience, is highly practical and very relevant to everyday life. The team draws on decades of coaching experience to help us with life skills exampled by Jesus such as active listening, being present, being curious, asking questions, and giving and receiving feedback.
